Season’s Greetings From SUPERBOY!

Season’s Greetings From SUPERBOY!

A Happy Christmas Story from Adventure Comics.

Superman and his superhero colleagues are often busy around Christmastime on missions of good will, and this year is certainly no exception.  Nickolas Brown is a school janitor who has run out of luck.  A horrible house fire has left Nick’s wife Ellen in need of hospital care, and after thirty-two years of serving as the “secret Santa” for his school, he simply can’t afford to perform his holiday duties for a thirty-third straight year.  But with the help of the school’s students, Superboy is determined to make sure that the Browns have a merry Christmas after all.

The images from above that are featured in our 2019 Vintage Superman Calendar originally appeared in ADVENTURE COMICS Volume.1, No. 113, February 1947;  Cover Art: Stan Kaye, George Roussos; Writer: Don Cameron; Penciler: John Sikela; Inker: Stan Kaye.
