Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can provide a replacement or refund.

Missing Orders

All orders will be confirmed by email with shipping tracking numbers. If your order does not arrive within the timeframe of your tracking, or shows as delivered but does not arrive, we will work with you to locate your order, or provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order is correct and undamaged, but you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
