Wonder Woman and the Amazing Astroscope!
Just Grim and Bear it!
There doesn’t seem to be any mystery when Diana Prince witnesses a murder committed before her eyes. Lumberman Ernest Wright shoots and kills Congressman Brown despite Wright being home and asleep at the time! Wright’s lawyer Rob Kling is determined to clear his client’s name, and so is Wright’s daughter Rita, but when Rita kills her fiancee while she’s sleeping and Wonder Woman witnesses this horrific crime as well, the investigation leads to astral projection expert Professor Karma and a dream realm inhabited by cloaked creatures and their prison castle.
There, Rita’s sister Marie is being trained to murder Wonder Woman amid nets composed of confusion and a fear of phantasm shaped like a bear. With the help of the dreaming Holiday girls disguised as birds, Diana discovers the mind behind the dimension-spanning plot – Kling’s wife, Vina! This story was later reprinted in the hardcover Wonder Woman Archives #4 (2004).
