Introducing “The Supergirl From Krypton!”

Is she friend or foe?  It all starts here as Kara Zor-El, Superman’s cousin from Argo City on Krypton, arrives on Earth!  Argo survived the planet’s destruction but was irreversibly irradiated, and Kara’s father sent her to Earth to find her cousin.  Superman hides Kara at Midvale Orphanage with the secret identity Linda Lee until they’re ready to reveal her to the world as one of Earth’s newest protectors.

Two other stories in this issue introduce a villain with a Kryptonite heart who’s also a mustached doppelganger for Superman, and follow Congo Bill as he summons Congorilla to save an expedition from desert renegades.
