Our Location
All orders ship from our Michigan distribution center Monday - Friday, unless otherwise stated. Orders usually ship the next business day. When choosing 2-Day or Overnight shipping, please contact us by phone or email to ensure that your order is processed without delay.

Confirmations
Order confirmations are emailed shortly after you place your order. Shipping confirmations are emailed with tracking numbers within a day after your shipment is sent out. Please contact us if you don't receive an email within 1 business day after your order is placed.

Flat Rate Shipping for $3.99
We normally ship by FEDEX Ground. This takes from 2-7 business days to most places within the Continental U.S. Orders to P.O. boxes are sent via US Priority Mail for $4.25. All other orders are shipped for a flat rate of $3.99, within the Continental U.S.

Free Ground Shipping for all retail orders over $50.

Military and Foreign Service APO/FPO addresses?
Absolutely. All APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Mail. Delivery times vary according to final destination. Although it costs us a bit more, we ship for a flat rate of only $4.25.

Expedited Shipping
If you need it there in a hurry, we offer all common expedited shipping options by FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Please contact us by email or phone to confirm the delivery times before placing your order. We cannot guarantee orders placed online with expedited shipping unless you have spoken with a member of our team first.
