What are the College Deluxe Calendars, and how are they different from the old College Football Calendars?

Our new 2024 College Deluxe Calendars feature the same nostalgic vintage game-day program cover art as our previous college football calendars, but in a new luxurious oversize poster format. College Deluxe Calendars are a huge 16" wide by 28" high, and each program cover image is sized to fit a standard 16"x20" poster frame. There are 4 poster-size images in each calendar featuring carefully restored artwork unique to each school, sourced from game-day programs from the late 1800s to the 1960s. The College Deluxe Calendars are printed on ultra heavyweight matte archival paper with production values worthy of gallery display, with a wire ring binding and loop that allow the calendars to hang flat. These deluxe calendars are truly collectors’ items for the college football superfan, with a luxurious look and feel.

Why do I have to pre-order the College Deluxe Calendars?

Our 2024 College Deluxe Calendars are crafted with high-end materials and production values. To keep our manufacturing sustainable and ensure the best value for our customers, we have decided that each calendar must meet a minimum of orders to continue to the production phase. For the deluxe calendars, that means that at least 150 orders must be placed by the pre-order deadline for a calendar title to move into production. When you visit the College Deluxe Calendars category page, you can see how many of each calendar have been ordered, to track how close your school is to production.

What is the pre-order deadline? And when will the College Deluxe Calendars ship?

The pre-order deadline for the 2024 College Deluxe Calendars is August 15, 2023. After that, you can expect your calendars to ship by November 13, 2023 and you will have them in plenty of time before the holidays.

When will you charge me for my pre-order?

When you order a 2024 College Deluxe Calendar, you will enter your payment information as usual at checkout. Your payment method will not be charged, however, until your item is ready to ship. If your payment information changes after your pre-order is placed, such as a new card number or expiration date, please contact our customer service to update your payment method.

What if I change my mind after I pre-order and I no longer want a College Deluxe Calendar?

If you change your mind (and we hope you don’t!) and wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service to let them know. We will cancel your order and your payment method will not be charged.

What happens if my school doesn’t meet the pre-order minimum?

If any of our 2024 College Deluxe Calendars fails to meet the minimum number of pre-order sales, we will unfortunately not be able to move that particular calendar into production. In that event, we will cancel your order, notify you of the cancellation, and delete your payment information. You will not be charged for anything. Although we don’t anticipate this happening, we want to assure you that you will not be charged and your payment information will not be saved.

What if I miss the pre-order deadline? Will there be any 2024 College Deluxe Calendars for sale on your website after the pre-order?

For any 2024 College Deluxe Calendar that goes into production, we anticipate having limited quantities available for direct sale on our website after November 13, 2023. However, you will get the best price ($59) if you participate in the pre-order. After the August 15th pre-order deadline, the cost of the College Deluxe Calendars will increase to $79.

How will the College Deluxe Calendars be shipped?

Due to the oversize format of the 2024 College Deluxe Calendars, they will be shipped rolled in a shipping tube. Special care will go into packing these orders to avoid creasing and marking. When your deluxe calendar arrives, please remove it promptly from the tube and hang it up to allow it to straighten out. Our creative director tested this method and found that the calendar fully straightened out in just a few days. Alternatively, you can lay the calendar on a table or other flat surface and let gravity flatten it back out.
