SENSATION COMICS Vol.1, No.43, July 1945; Cover Art: Hary G. Peter; Writer: Joye Murchison; Penciler: Harry G. Peter; Inker: Harry G. Peter
At Holliday College, Etta Candy presides over a bizarre ritual as she punishes rule-breaking sophomores during “baby week.” Sending triplets – Lillie, Millie, and Tillie Heyday – to Ghost House for failing to wear their name signs, Etta intends to spook the girls, but puts them in real danger instead when they begin to go missing. Wonder Woman arrives to investigate, and eventually learns that the triplets have a wealthy grandmother.
Although Tillie stands to inherit everything, the old lady’s own son Joel, is scheming to eliminate his mother and the girls, and claim all the property for himself. The Amazon Princess must mount a white horse and rescue the trio from a falling bridge before putting an end to the evil scheme and returning the girls to Holliday College, where Etta also gets a scolding. Additional stories featuring Little Boy Blue, The Whip, Mr. Terrific, and Wildcat round out the issue.
